Andrea is an experienced international business lawyer. His specialties include litigation and arbitration, civil, commercial, corporate and international law. Since almost a decade, Andrea has been focusing mainly on the trade & investment's environment in the APAC (Asia Pacific) Region, with particular attention to China -including Hong Kong SAR-, Japan, Korea, and other more recently emerging economies. Besides in drafting all major domestic and international commercial contracts for a number of company clients through the years, Andrea's negotiation skills have proved to be effective also while extra-judicially settling an indefinite number of disputes since the beginning of his career, 20 years ago. Corporate experience included: start-up incorporation acts, shareholders settlements and related agreements, regulatory compliance, SME's M&As, directors' liability cases, banks liability cases, bankruptcy related proceedings. Commercial experience, in various industries, included: sales purchase agreements; production and licencing agreements; agency and distribution agreements; real estate and insurance contracts and performance management, as well as successfully dealing with unfair competition cases. Besides being almost bilingual in English and Italian, Andrea is able to conversate in Spanish, French, Japanese and Mandarin Chinese. Andrea is being regularly invited as Course Director, Course Coordinator, and Speaker, on FDIs in the APAC Area, with a particular but not exclusive focus on China, by prestigious Universities. Currently, Andrea is Course Director and Coordinator for the Course "Business & Law in China" (12 Seminars) at the Catholic University in Milan, organized with the Confucius Institute UCSC, and prepared together with his CCG Group.
